Champagne Baron d'Avella 2007 - Temps II

Established on a multitude of small plots across the Riceys, the estate has been a family property since 1725. Thibault and Frédéric are the new generation. A meticulous and methodical work make it an exceptional Champagne making it a reference in the region. The work is entirely done by hand, from the cultivation of the vines to the elaboration of the wines. Steep hillsides facing south/south-east and the altitude of its many valleys make the richness of this terroir.
